My husband and I had carpet replaced in two rooms: a small spare bedroom and a large room downstairs. The installation crew that they partnered with had both rooms done within one day, and they did a great job despite working around two flights of stairs. The salesmen at the store were courteous and easy to get ahold of via phone or email. My only suggestion is that they update their “quote” system in order to provide an easier to read estimate. Overall we are very happy with both the quality of the carpet and the professional installation that followed!
